Important Safety Acknowledgment: Hillview UMC’s Beach Bible Camp will take place at a public park, where campers will have access to water features such as ponds and creeks. While camp staff will supervise all activities, there is no lifeguard on duty provided by the park. By signing below, you acknowledge and understand that camp is held in an outdoor public space, and you grant permission for your child to participate in all camp activities, including those near water.

Fee Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that a fee of $25 per child is due before June 1st to hold each child's spot at Beach Bible Camp. Miss Alison, the Kidmin Coordinator at HIllview UMC will reach out with payment options once my registration form is received.
